Image Systems’ RemaSawco Business Area Signs Maintenance Agreement (SLA) with Swedish Group Worth Over SEK 2.9 Million

RemaSawco AB has signed a comprehensive maintenance agreement (SLA) with a major Swedish group in the wood products industry. The agreement covers RemaSawco’s systems across several of the group’s sawmills, with an order value exceeding SEK 2.9 million.

RemaSawco AB has entered into a high-level maintenance agreement, classified as “Extended,” with one of Sweden’s largest wood product groups. RemaSawco is the first company to offer this kind of Support Level Agreement (SLA) in the Swedish sawmill market. It encompasses a wide range of RemaSawco’s systems that are currently operational across multiple sawmills within the group covered by the agreement.

The mutual aim and objective of this agreement is to achieve maximum operational reliability and enhance the return on investment. This type of agreement offers customers a range of significant benefits.

The contract has an initial term of two years, with a fixed order value of over SEK 2.9 million.
