Image Systems' business area RemaSawco signs a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Hilmer Andersson for just over SEK 700,000

The agreement that has now been signed with Hilmer Andersson is a new product ,SLA (Service Level Agreement), that RemaSawco is the first in the industry to offer. A completely new type of support and maintenance agreement where the customer buys a more comprehensive and safer solution for their maintenance than has traditionally been customary in the sawmill industry. The main goal is to increase operational reliability and avoid unnecessary production stoppages and increased cost control. This type of agreement is common in other industries and at RemaSawco we are convinced that it will also become standard in the sawmill industry in the future.

Hilmer Andersson now becomes the first customer, who not only realizes the benefits of an SLA, but also takes the leap and signs a comprehensive Service Level Agreement for their RemaSawco products.

The agreement is in operation and is initially valid for two years.
