Image Systems' Business Area RemaSawco Receives Order from Södra Worth Over SEK 12.4 Million
Södra and RemaSawco AB have entered into an agreement for the delivery of a complete full-quality board scanner, complemented by products and systems for strength grading and moisture measurement at their sawmill in Mönsterås. The total order value amounts to over SEK 12.4 million.
The new system ordered by Södra from RemaSawco will be installed on one of the planing lines at the group's sawmill in Mönsterås. The agreement includes a complete installation of the market-leading full-quality board scanner RS-BoardScannerQ (6 meters), RS-StrengthGrader, a system for strength grading of boards, and systems for moisture measurement and auto-calibration. The delivery also includes commissioning and training.
The total order value amounts to over SEK 12.4 million.
In addition to the agreed scope, there are several options that may be exercised at a later stage.
Delivery, installation, and commissioning are planned for the summer of 2025.
